Once your cancellation is confirmed, either SMS or Email, you might not be able to book for the same time slot and same trip again, please feel free to contact us to talk about it. Because we reserve the trip especially for you and your loved ones. As a small local business, it's difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice. Cancelling 30 days prior to your booking date, you will get a FULL refund; Cancelling less than 30 days prior to your booking date, you won't get any refund.
